The GA will start at 2pm, will be followed by a presentation on "CSEM Technology Transfer and the Case of Photovoltaics in Switzerland" with panel discussion and visits, closing with a standing dinner in time to catch the ICN trains leaving Neuchâtel at 8.24 /8.27 pm to Eastern and 8.34/837 pm Western Switzerland.
